hydrotherapy
We run 6 x 45minute classes every week out of Input Fitness 224 Cranbourne Rd, Frankston 3199. The pool is kept at 31°C to ensure we get the therapeutic benefits for rehabilitation. Hydrotherapy is beneficial for people with osteoarthritis, post-operative rehabilitation, back pain, shoulder injuries, hip and knee replacements, global re-conditioning, chronic pain, walking and balance difficulties.
An assessment is completed by our trained physiotherapists prior to commencing hydrotherapy to ensure safety at the pool and so that every patient has an individualised program based on their needs and wants for their rehabilitation.

REFORMER CORE STABILITY CLASSES
Our clinical core stability classes are a Pilates based class, mainly completed on our three reformer machines, located at our clinic. We focus on abdominal and internal core strengthening, as well as upper and lower limb stability and strength.
Together, physiotherapy and clinical reformer exercise form the basis for superior rehabilitative treatment. An assessment is performed by our trained physiotherapists prior to commencing our classes. As a result of the assessment, the patient is prescribed a customised, progressive exercise program. We limit classes to three to ensure technique is maintained.
