REFORMER CORE STABILITY CLASSES

Our clinical core stability classes are a Pilates based class, mainly completed on our three reformer machines, located at our clinic. We focus on abdominal and internal core strengthening, as well as upper and lower limb stability and strength.

Together, physiotherapy and clinical reformer exercise form the basis for superior rehabilitative treatment. An assessment is performed by our trained physiotherapists prior to commencing our classes. As a result of the assessment, the patient is prescribed a customised, progressive exercise program.
