Jake Wilson
Director / Senior PhysiotherapistJake completed his Masters of Physiotherapy in Canberra before returning to the Mornington Peninsula in 2012. He has experience across all regions of the body with key focus areas including lower limb, shoulder, spinal conditions and post -operative management working closely with local Orthopaedic surgeons and GPs to facilitate a smooth patient-oriented rehabilitation. Jake has had a long officiation to local sporting clubs including sports such as AFL, Netball, Basketball and Cricket, of which he enjoys the challenges of rapid and thorough return to sport programs. Jake lives locally on the peninsula with his young family.
Daniel Droscher
Director / Senior PhysiotherapistDaniel has been a Physiotherapist on the Mornington Peninsula for nearly 20 years, starting Healthworks Physiotherapy Frankston in 2015. He has experience across all facets of Physiotherapy, providing the highest level of care. He continues to work alongside local sporting clubs, as well local Orthopaedic surgeons, with a specialty spinal injuries and injuries of the foot and ankle. Daniel provides physiotherapy to patients within surgeon’s rooms at both Peninsula Private and The Bays Hospital Mornington, as well as our main rooms in Frankston. Outside work he enjoys spending time with his wife and young children, as well as keeping fit via running, swimming and cycling. He follows all sports but is fanatic about the AFL, and is a long-suffering St. Kilda supporter.
Kiana Jordan
Pelvic Health PhysiotherapistKiana graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) in 2019 and has since completed the APA Pelvic Health pathways and the Graduate certificate in Physiotherapy (Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy) at The University of Melbourne. As a physio she believes staying fit and active is key, preventing and managing injuries is her forte. She teaches clinical Pilates, hydrotherapy and does an array of manual therapy techniques including dry needling. Kiana’s main passion lies within pelvic health physiotherapy, helping people keep their pelvic floor as healthy as possible throughout the different life stages. This includes bladder and bowel health for men and women, pregnancy and postpartum, as well as pre and post prostatectomy or gynaecological surgery. She also works with local Obstetricians and Gynaecologists at Peninsula Private Hospital to streamline your care when needed. Outside of work Kiana plays basketball and loves spending time with her two dogs. You’ll often find her at either a café or winery!
Abdelrahman Elsamman
PhysiotherapistAbdel has completed his Master of Physiotherapy at Swinburne University. He has a special interest in exercise rehabilitation including Reformer Pilates and free-weights training. Having completed a full season of internship with Melbourne City Football Club as well as working with a local football club, he enjoys managing and treating injuries of all sorts. Abdel also runs 3 of our 4 weekly hydrotherapy rehabilitation sessions, supervising our clients through their individualised exercise regimes. Abdel also happens to play basketball and is a Big V referee, and is highly interested in strength and conditioning training.
Alex Georgiou
PhysiotherapistAlex graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from Monash University and is committed to providing personalized care, patient education, and exercise-based rehabilitation. He is the Head Physiotherapist for Somerville Football Club and runs hydrotherapy and Pilates classes to support recovery, strength, and mobility. With a friendly and active approach, Alex enjoys helping patients of all ages achieve their goals through education and functional exercise. In his free time, he stays active through swimming, playing soccer, and going to the gym—interests that inspire his physiotherapy practice and passion for movement.
